Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related course
- With knowledgeable years experience in BIR transactions
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- knowledgeable in all BIR compliance and using updated systems related to BIR
- Evaluate financial budgets and track expenses
- Check payables and bank reconciliation
- Provide accurate and timely management information regarding accounts receivable
- Responsible for a wide range of general accounting tasks
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers and budgets
- Filing of BIR returns - monthly, quarterly and annually
- Conduct month end inventory
- Other ad hoc duties that will be given
