Hiring | FinOps Associate
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented FinOps Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team.
Location: Noida Sector 3 (Hybrid)
Full-Time | 5 Days Working
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
Key Responsibilities:
Client onboarding & offboarding support
Billing, payment tracking & reconciliations
Maintaining client records and master data
Resource utilization, timesheet & KPI reporting
Practice management and operational support
Compliance, quality assurance & process improvement
Preferred Skills:
Xero
QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Excel & Google Sheets
Karbon (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
