About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Falcon Red Operator for our Mail Room in Cincinnati, Ohio. Under the direction of a Team Leader or Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for capturing images of checks and payment posting documents, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring quality processing of transactions.
**Pay** $18/hr
**Hours** 7:30am-4pm M-F
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Operate Falcon Red image capture equipment.
+ Log in to the Falcon PC and Red module; select appropriate processing options and dates.
+ Start the envelope cutter, extract, and inspect contents.
+ Empty stacker trays; keep documents organized in designated trays.
+ Complete the Deposit Cut Audit Log and manage batch trays.
+ Accurately record process errors on Quality Tracking Sheets.
