About the Role

About the Opportunity
As a Refrigeration & Facilities Supervisor, your primary focus will be hands‑on trade work, ensuring refrigeration and HVAC systems remain compliant, operational, and responsive to breakdowns.
Your responsibilities will include:
Performing repair, maintenance, and fault‑finding on air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems
Responding to reactive breakdowns and supporting planned maintenance activities
Conducting inspections across accommodation rooms, kitchens, laundries, and plant areas
Supporting the upkeep of village facilities, including general repairs and non‑technical maintenance
Coordinating day‑to‑day tasks and providing guidance to facilities or maintenance staff as required
Ensuring work is completed safely, compliantly, and with minimal impact to room availability
Assisting with waste management, grounds, and general village presentation where needed
