About the Role
The Facilities Superintendent leads the facilities maintenance function at a high-pressure die-casting facility, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of building systems, utilities, and infrastructure that support continuous production. This role manages staff (including facility technicians), contractors, budgets, preventive maintenance programs, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize asset life-cycle performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the facilities team (technicians, contractors, temporary staff); set objectives, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing levels and schedules including on-call rotations.
