ISL is searching for a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in land development to join the Community Development team. You'll oversee projects from conceptual design to construction, ensuring compliance and quality. Your ability to build relationships with clients and municipalities will be crucial in this results-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage land, municipal, and site development projects
• Oversee design processes including grading and utility servicing
• Prepare and manage development applications and approvals
• Coordinate with municipal teams for timely project approvals
• Conduct quality control reviews of project deliverables
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience in land development
