• Direct operational budget, managing P&L and reports
• Ensure compliance with Canadian Pork Excellence standards

• Ensure quality gilt supply for production needs
• Travel required across various Manitoba regions
Requirements:
• Education in Agriculture or related field preferred
• Minimum five years’ management experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver's license essential
