About the Role
Ottawa Salus is seeking a dedicated Evening Program Coordinator to enhance front-line clinical services. This full-time role focuses on client support, operational coordination, and effective team engagement.
In this permanent position, you’ll work 35 hours per week, supporting a multidisciplinary team under the Program Manager. Your primary responsibilities include coordinating services for clients with mental health and substance use challenges, ensuring effective daily operations, and training staff on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish supportive relationships with clients in need
• Assist in staff scheduling and resource coordination
• Support staff in crisis intervention and counseling
• Maintain program documentation and client records
• Promote safety and compliance within the program
