Role Overview

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. The role will oversee equipment maintenance operations in support of the manufacturing environment and serve as the primary technical authority for preventive maintenance, advanced troubleshooting, and resolution of complex electronic and mechanical equipment issues. This position drives equipment reliability, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering (CoE), or Mechanical Engineering (ME).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting injection molding, soldering, and crimping equipment.
• Experience with structured maintenance systems and reliability practices.
