Job Description
You lead and moderate structured design risk analysis to ensure products are robust, manufacturable, and compliant with customer and industry standards. Working within Product Integrity & Technology, you bring cross‑functional teams together to connect design intent, DFMEA rigor, and manufacturing feasibility for programs based in Valls, Spain.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and organize workflows in the DFMEA
- Mitigate conflicts
- Include lessons learned on DFMEA
- Ensure compliance with Lear processes (DFMEA internal guidelines) and FMEA standards AIAG, VDA and AIAG/VDA
- Conduct internal audit of DFMEAs
- Participate in DFMEA development
- Support external audits
