Customer Service

Prepares Production Orders from Orders and/or Purchase
Orders provided by Sales Representatives and/or Direct Customers; linking the
information needs regarding the manufacturing process between these and the
company.
- Continuous communication with the client to attend to their needs
and/or requirements.
- Place orders based on forecasts or orders submitted by
our clients.
-Keeps the customer informed of the order request.
-Follow up on
samples and new product developments for customers.
-Responsible for the
integrity and content of documents and attachments to client requests.
- Check
production meetings.
**Experience and**
**requirements**
Bilingual
Education: University.
Experience in the maquiladora industry.
Minimum 3 years.
Proactive.
Analytical Capacity.
Availability to travel.
(If required)
Indispensable to reside in Tecate
Advanced spoken and written English
