The CRM & E-Commerce Executive is responsible for driving client engagement, data accuracy, and seamless digital operations across the brand’s online presence. This role manages the end-to-end customer lifecycle—from lead acquisition and segmentation to personalized communication, order fulfilment, and post-purchase experience.
