About Position:
The Compute On‑Premises Engineer (Unix/Linux) is responsible for designing, building, operating, and optimizing Unix and Linux‑based compute environments across on‑premises datacenters, server rooms, and AWS cloud infrastructure. This role ensures availability, performance, security, and lifecycle management of Unix/Linux servers supporting business‑critical applications in a hybrid environment

What You'll Do:
Install, configure, and administer Unix/Linux servers (RHEL, Oracle Linux, SUSE, CentOS/Rocky, AIX/Solaris as applicable).
Perform day‑to‑day system administration including health checks, patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, sudo rules, and authentication mechanisms.
