About the Role
Drive collection initiatives at MJ Library as a Collections Manager. This senior role focuses on enhancing print and digital collections while supervising dedicated staff.
In this role, reporting to the Head Librarian, you’ll lead the stewardship of library collections by ensuring they are aligned with community needs. You will manage acquisitions, cataloguing, and the preservation of local archives, championing diversity and equity within services offered. Your leadership will inspire staff to uphold quality standards in service delivery.
