C#.NET Python Technical Lead

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernisation
• Proven experience leading large-scale WinBatch or legacy automation migration programs to C# / .NET
• Strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows-based automation design and execution
• Deep understanding of WinBatch scripting and translation of WinBatch logic into scalable C# implementations
• Ownership of automation solution design, coding standards, logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms
• Strong experience with MS SQL , including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs
• Working knowledge of Python for supporting utilities, scripts, or data handling where required
