Position Overview
Reporting to the Executive Director and as a member of the SFB leadership team, this Manager leads client services and community and volunteer partnerships, ensuring accessible, consistent, and respectful service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Client services and community program coordination
- Volunteer recruitment and community event coordination
- Community and agency partnerships and programs development
- Data management and reporting systems
- Program development and organizational planning
Required Skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, organization and communication skills required
- Data management and event planning skills preferred
- Ability to balance client needs with organizational standards and consistency
