(CAN) Team Leader, Operations - Shift to be determined

Position Summary

The Position is responsible for supervising daily distribution center (DC) operations including scheduling, hiring, and training of DC Associates. Oversees day-to-day DC functions in one of the following areas: receiving, order filling, or shipping. Prioritizes daily workflow to ensure customer requirements are met.

What you’ll do

• Plan and schedule DC personnel to ensure proper staffing to receive, order fill, or ship products efficiently and safely.
• Conduct daily start‑up meetings; organize daily assignments and workload for associates and assign duties accordingly.
• Establish or adjust work assignments to meet daily production schedules.
• Train associates in the proper execution of SOPs, implement and ensure compliance, and verify the accuracy and completeness of all records and documentation.
