Job Purpose:
The Caddie Master is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the caddies and caddie house facilities ensuring excellent guest satisfaction. Managing scheduling, overseeing daily operations, training new caddies or those who require based on feedback and arranging assistance with tournament activities such as scoring and novelty recording.
Key Result Areas:
Caddie Operations
- Manage daily caddie assignments and schedule rotations.
- Manage caddie attendance daily and leave
- Ensure adequate caddie levels based on seasonality or high bookings volume periods
- Ensure daily communication of caddie booking process with reservation team
- Ensure caddies perform duty as per LGP caddie manual
