Location: IT Park, Cebu
Setup: Hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-time | Dayshift
Salary: Up to ₱20,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure project process compliance
- Support project planning with managers
- Conduct QA checks, audits, and process verification
- Track KPIs and analyze project performance
- Identify risks/issues and recommend solutions
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Support ISO and project audits
- Drive process improvements
✅ Must-Have Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in QA or related role
- Exposure to BPO / IT services (Service Desk, NOC, etc....
