Position Overview

Associate Director, Global (Global AD) is a senior operations leadership role at Open Society Foundations (OSF) based in Mexico City, Johannesburg, and Bogota. The role is responsible for partnering with global leaders to coordinate, deliver, and govern priority operational initiatives across a complex, international organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Leadership & Governance

• Oversee the project management of multi‑departmental, global projects, ensuring consistent methodologies, tools, and reporting standards.
• Drive execution of high‑impact, cross‑functional projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain governance frameworks for project execution and decision‑making.
• Monitor project health, risks, and dependencies and escalates issues to ensure timely delivery.
