About the Role
Join EllisDon as an Assistant Superintendent, located on-site near Juniper, NB. Oversee and facilitate construction processes to meet safety and scheduling standards.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Superintendent to ensure project specifications are met on-site. Your tasks will involve supporting project plans, monitoring compliance, and addressing work performance. You will also help maintain up-to-date cost reports to keep projects within budget while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing compliance with drawings and specifications
• Support scheduling, materials, and manpower planning
• Monitor and enforce work performance and safety protocols
• Report potential project issues to Superintendent and Project Manager
• Analyze budget reports to suggest necessary changes
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in construction and 1-5 years of experience
• Experience with large-scale projects preferred
