JOB Description:
  • Responsible for periodic achievement of the customer acquisition & revenue targets, Productivity &Profitability

  • Conduct regular and detailed business reviews with Team to ensure business strategies are executed as per plans

  • Team Sourcing to be strictly as per policy parameters & acceptable risk norm of the organisation

  • Ensure activation of channels on monthly basis by regular engagement, training & relationship with DSAS/DSTs

  • Coordinate with credit team for solving the queries of Login, Sanctioning & Disbursement

  • To ensure effective training of DSA/DSTs & Sales team of our USPs & Policy guidelines and promotional material if any for customer acquisition at local level.
