What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor Systems: Keep an eye on applications and servers to ensure they run smoothly.
- Fix Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems quickly.
- Development: Requirements or issue fixes requiring coding.
- Support Users: Help users with their technical queries and concerns.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with other teams to solve issues and improve systems.
- Document Work: Record incidents, solutions, and processes for future reference.
- Ensure Security: Follow IT policies and maintain system security.
- Represent Manager in management meeting as and when required.
What We Are Looking For
- Typically requires 3-4 years of related experience with a degree; or equivalent work experience.
