- Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Intune and SCCM administration - Manage Windows device lifecycle including enrollment, configuration, and compliance - Perform application packaging, deployment, and patch management - Configure and manage Group Policies, device profiles, and compliance policies - Implement Conditional Access policies and manage Entra ID integrations - Handle app registrations and identity-based access controls - Troubleshoot Autopilot, device enrollment, and application deployment issues - Perform vulnerability assessment and remediation activities - Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting - Ensure system security and endpoint compliance across enterprise environments
