**In your role, you will**:
- Participate actively in full-cycle recruitment process (pre-selection, interviews, and offers);
- Ensure that the recruiting processes and hiring engine are delivering effectively and in an integrated manner with the overall talent needs. In doing so, a constant focus will be placed on hiring the top talent for today and ensuring a pipeline of innovative talent for the future;
- Proven ability to balance a high number of open positions, managing roles across multiple teams and departments;
