Advanced Product Designer Engineering Manager

Lead Guidewire's Advanced Product Design team to innovate cloud-based solutions for insurers. Drive engineering excellence and collaboration while shaping product configuration and lifecycle management.
As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll oversee 2-3 engineering teams within Guidewire’s Application Platform organization. Your leadership will ensure high accountability and a culture of innovation. You'll focus on scalable, secure, and observable services aligned with engineering standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans.
